Preferred Volunteer Location: Healthworks at Codman Healthworks at St. Marys

Please indicate areas of interest:

Front Desk: Greets members, conducts tours, enrolls new members, completes administrative tasks, assists with club maintenance and cleaning, and answers the phone. A friendly, outgoing personality and strong people skills are a huge plus!

Wellness Coach: Orients new members to the club equipment, conducts a basic fitness assessment, serves as a fitness mentor, and connects members with available resources. (No certification required, training provided)

Personal Trainer: Assesses fitness needs, prescribe individual exercise programs, provides education, motivation on wellness principles and realistic goals. (Certification required)

Group Exercise Instructor: Instructs dynamic group exercise classes with focus on member safety and motivation. (Certification required)

Nutritionist/Health Counselor: Conducts educational workshops and meets individually or with small groups for nutritional consultation. (Certification required)

Community Outreach Ambassador: Represents HCF at health and volunteer fairs, distributes flyers, assists with eliciting donation requests, and fundraising. A friendly, outgoing personality and strong people skills are a huge plus!

Facility Support: Assists with cleaning and maintenance of the club and exercise equipment.
